VIRTUAL TICKETS BY EMAIL ONLY
We do not provide physical tickets through this site. Rather you are immediately emailed a confirmation and ticket/s. If for any reason they are not in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You may print out your tickets from the attached PDF or simply show the ticket on your mobile when entering the theater. The show producer will also have a record of your purchase on file.

PHONE ORDERS NOT ACCEPTED
Please note we are an online service only and do NOT accept phone orders. If you do not wish to order online, you will need to contact the dance company or venue directly to place your phone order.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Will appear on your monthly statement as Delaware Valley On Line, our eCommerce provider. Avoid costly charge backs and please make a note of this.

SERVICE FEES
Dance Box Office charges a flat rate service fee per ticket of $1.30 and a credit card processing fee of 3.3% of your total purchase. Any profits generated after expenses are donated back to the dance community to support new works.

PhiladelphiaDANCE.org Members can use their coupon code to waive the handling fee but not the processing fee.
